I stayed at this beautiful home with my family for about a month, and it truly felt like our own little paradise. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The GoodNight team made the experience even better. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they responded incredibly quickly and were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The location couldn't have been more convenient. It's only about a 5-minute drive to Mayo Clinic Phoenix and about 25 minutes to Mayo Clinic Shea. Scottsdale is just down the road, with countless restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. There's also a park within walking distance, and the backyard is amazing—it has plenty of entertainment for both adults and kids, making it easy to relax and enjoy your time at the house.I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, whether you're traveling for medical care, vacation, or an extended stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love this house. It is beautiful and very well kept. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are great and the bathroom was beautiful. We loved spending time in the backyard. There was plenty of covered area to stay out of the sun. The pool was beautiful and there were plenty of chairs for those who want to be in the sun. Everything was perfect, and GoodNight Stay is extremely responsive to any needs or requests. We will be coming back again!

Welcoming feeling and very clean home.

We had a great time staying at this house—it’s modern, located in a wonderful neighborhood, and the amenities were fantastic. The space itself was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the proximity to local attractions. The company was incredibly responsive and attentive, which we appreciated. However, there were several things that were either broken or in need of maintenance. It seemed like a lot of the house's features weren’t properly kept up, which was a bit disappointing given the high expectations set by the listing. From minor issues like broken furniture to blinds that weren’t working properly, it affected our experience a bit.Additionally, be aware of the many extra add-ons that aren’t clear upfront. While the base rate seemed reasonable, we found ourselves paying for quite a few unexpected fees during our stay. Overall, while the house itself has great potential, the lack of upkeep and additional costs made it a mixed experience.
