The house was beautiful and clean. Great location close to the beaches and some good restaurants. I only had two issues and one was resolved halfway through our stay. I was told the speakers by the pool did not work when we got there then was told i needed an app 3 days later to get them to work. The big issue i had was the spa/hot tub is basically a heated kids pool no blower to make it a hot tub!

Property was exactly as advertised. The pool and spa temperature were perfect and the house AC unit controlled accurately to the setpoint. All spaces, including the garage were super clean and ample space for our needs. Satisfactory equipment in the kitchen (maybe add add a coffee bean grinder). Location was convenient and easily accessible from Coral Blvd. Management company was easily accessible and check in and even came to answer questions as needed the following day. Well Done.

We really enjoyed the house, pool, hot tub, and the overall house during our stay. Very relaxing and centralized location to stores and restaurants. We will be back!
