This is a sweet little house, very clean, about 2.5 blocks from the beach. It is in a quiet neighborhood with walkable places within a couple of blocks. It has three bedrooms that would easily accommodate at least 6 people. On bedroom has bunk beds with a full sized bottom bunk and a single on top. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. I highly recommend this one if you want something a bit more affordable in the Pismo area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property over a 3-day weekend in July. The location was very clean and conveniently located close to the beach. We had great communication with our hosts and enjoyed all the kitchen amenities. We would definitely book again!

A great place to stay in Grover Beach. There are places to eat within walking distance. The proximity to Pismo Beach is great and also to the dunes. We were able to bring our small dog which was a nice bonus. The house is well equipped with all of the basics and more! Beach towels and toys. The kitchen has many appliances that you'd have in your home kitchen. The best I've seen in my recent VRBO stays at other locations. The owners are very responsive to questions. Say yes and go to Grover Beach and stay here.

This property was so great. From the property owner to the location to the cleanliness…we were so happy. We loved how close it was to the beach. The sunsets each night were amazing. We will definitely be back!!
