Great house and was perfect for our stay while we were visiting Carlsbad and hiking Guadalupe Peak. Clean, close to town for eating and in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was great, the back yard had just dirt and weeds, would not have cooked on the grill, the frond yard needed attention also, uunder the impression it was close to caverns,it was if 49 miles,is close
