Overall, the staff was great. Although the Wi-Fi would not always work, which was hard relying on VPN plus beds could be kind of uncomfortable. The location was great for Tianmen Mountain. Very quiet hotel with great restaurant and convenient store nearby.

The property is a fantastic location with tian men Shan just around the corner. There are lots of food spots and a night market right down the street. Everything is walkable including the cable cars. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us get our car, plan our trip and overall helped make our trip more seamless. The place is well kept and we would recommend!

5 start just cuz is the limit, but the hotel is crazy nice, very close to the Park. And what can I say about the owner? Simply amazing, a really kind, respectful and helpful guy. He also offered me and my girlfriend a traditional tea before goin to sleep. I really loved the hotel!
