Our room at BB Tube was very nice, every day cleaned by the staff, including fresh towels. The room had a TV, an AC and enough space for two people.
The breakfast is really good, with Luigi asking you every day about your desired sweet pastry, which he buys freshly from the bakery, and other fresh things in buffet style.
The whole B&B has a culturally but modern interior. Classy, self-made pictures and a lot of sophisticated books round up the whole idea of the place.

Great location with easy access to station. Lovely, very helpful host. Good communication prior to arrival. Good selection at breakfast. Comfortable air conditioned room with separate modern, clean private bathroom. A great alternative to impersonal hotels.
