The owner was so friendly and made us feel right at home! He made us a delicious breakfast and was so accommodating. The bed was comfy and the decorations were beautiful and artsy. Right there at the ocean!! So lovely!

My new favorite place to stay in Eastbourne. Better than any of the traditional seafront hotels.

Friendly host, room was very cosy and everything was thought about. Really liked the handmade brownies and biscuits… nice touch.
