The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta

The staff were excellent and willing to help and point you in the right direction. The food was delicious and the drinks and pool always inviting!

Very friendly staff and easy stay.

I loved everything had an amazing time! Would recommend to others. I have no complaints would visits again!!

We reserved the room with the swim out pool. It was extremely convenient and relaxing. The pool areas were extremely quiet, so preferred staying at our pool or the beach. To access the beach you have to walk over to the sister hotel. There is plenty of mosquitos so don’t forget bug spray. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom did have an odor that was not pleasant and got stronger as the days went on. The door casing for the sliding doors was not properly sealed so our last day and 30 mosquito bites later we figured out why we kept getting so many mosquitoes in the room and the AC didn’t seem to work properly.
