Location is very clean and close to Heathrow airport so it eliminates the stress of being at the airport on time.
The Bedroom suite is very roomy and has all the basic amenities you would need while in travel.

Excellent hotel. Staff, breakfast and cleaningness. The closest restaurant is at the Holiday Inn, just next door. The food is reasonable, good staff and nice ambiance.
The cloth sofa needs a good cleaning.

We had a difficult start from changing the room twice to finally settling in the 3rd one in the middle of the night. Staff was wonderful and accommodated us so gracefully and efficiently.
