Corfu Room

The location is fairly remote with beautiful views. The facilities are basic but the room has all you need including a small stove and kettle. If you have a car you can get to the old town and airport easily. The reason to stay here is the warm hospitality of the owner George, he is so helpful and friendly- even gave us a lift to the port to save us booking a taxi. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

George and Maria met us at the airport and took us to their lovely rooms. Very comfortable. Offered us cold drinks and arranged for breakfast next morning. Breakfast was wonderful and George kindly took us back into Corfu town. Such a friendly couple we would not hesitate in recommending Corfu Rooms.

George, and his wife Mafia were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much in the way of help and advice. They arranged transport and also delivery of food from a local restaurant. Good walks if you are fit, and a monastery not too far away. It’s not the Ritz but with good helpful hosts you don’t need more!

I recently spent the night at Corfu Rooms and wish I was able to spend longer there. Giorgos (the owner) was so welcoming of me and my two year old son. He was great in communicating with me before and during my trip and offered airport shuttle service; awaiting for me as soon as I had arrived. Perfect after a day of travelling with my toddler. The room was lovely and clean and includes useful amenities. I had a great well rested nights sleep, waking up feeling refreshed ready for a nice breakfast accompanied with lovely views. Maria who served our breakfast was very nice and friendly and presented us a nice Greek breakfast spread - charged at a fair price. Giorgos also offered to take me to the port the next day for a fair price, one less worry for me. The property is well taken care of and you can feel the hard work and love that is put into it. I wish I could visit again and very happy I had the chance to stay here and cross paths with Giorgos and Maria.
