David, the manager was so helpful, responsive and kind. He met us at the apartment and shared recommendations for the area. It was a rare heatwave and despite no AC he promptly brought up large fans, a brand new bed and extra pillows. The apartment was well appointed, had a washer with drying racks, extra coffee and very comfortable beds. It was perfect for us. I’d give it 5 stars for those needing additional space for a family and a kitchen. It was close to public transportation and in a safe residential area with great restaurants. Thank you David. We hope to be back.

This flat was absolutely perfect for our trip! We like to stay off the beaten track and not in the center of it all. The neighborhood was beautiful with lots of fantastic restaurants and boutiques. Away from the hustle and bustle but only a short tram ride to the city. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and David was an amazing host. Answered all my random questions very promptly and provided great recommendations for the area. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again David.

Very pretty view into a cute little neighborhood backyard area.

A beautiful and well equipped flat on a tramline south of Brussels centre. Some nice shops, bars and restaurants locally. A great base for exploring Brussels. The manager David was very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
