Hotel Indigo Manchester - Victoria Station by IHG

Unfortunately the room tv did not show ITV1 - normally not a problem but we did want to watch the football.

Good location for the arena. Friendly staff, a decent breakfast selection (though I wouldn't want to book a breakfast time, as instructed, if I was on holiday). Decent bathroom. Downsides-smallish bed, slow check in, no bedside table, outside windows absolutely filthy, slow room service.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo Manchester and would highly recommend it. A special thank you goes to Beatrice and Iona, who were incredibly kind, understanding, and exceptionally helpful when we needed support with an unexpected issue regarding our stay. They handled everything with great professionalism and made the whole process completely smooth and stress-free. Their flexibility and outstanding customer service were truly appreciated. Our room was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food that was the perfect start to each day. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect location, great hotel
