Whilst the unit was very dated it was clean and the location of the unit complex is great.I think the unit would benefit from a cosmetic makeover such fresh white paint on walls new sheets, bead spreads and lounges and some new curtains or blinds.
The kitchen was well equipped.

The location of Culgoa point is second to none. Right on the water with great grassed areas, chairs and BBQs makes for a relaxing afternoon watching the sunset with a drink and dinner.
Benny was also a great help ferrying bags to the room and offering any help he could.

Two bedroom older unit overlooking canal and noosa river.
Very clean and neat unit and fantastic common bbqs that cleaned every day.
From the unit the sunset over the river and canal is just fantastic
