Friendly welcoming staff, nice little touches like decaff teabags that you don't often find.

Well maintained, clean, conveniently located. Didn’t use laundry or breakfast services because add on prices seemed high.

Great little guest house a couple of mile outside the city centre. Easy accessible on numerous buses in about 10 minutes. Friendly staff and rooms well maintained with tea/coffee & towels refreshed every couple days. Lots of shops, bars & restaurants within easy walking distance on Headington high St. Would highly recommend to those visiting Oxford and not want to pay city ctr prices.
