Hotel Videseter

The view of the valley is stunning. The rooms are utilitarian and very clean. The breakfast is truly excellent and by comparison, the dinner was terrible and expensive. We rented the sauna and it was wonderful! There are 2 roads that lead to the Videseter and on arrival, Google Maps took us through a one lane, mountain road that was closed at the top! Would have been nice if the hotel had mentioned not to take the closed road. A quick message after we booked would have prevented a lot of stress. No EV chargers on site, but they plan to fix that soon.

Charming and unique hotel exuding their history through the artworks and decor. Awesome views from the room, and a short walk to waterfall.

We stayed two nights during in late June. The views were just breathtaking!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a hotel with lots of history. Highly recommended.

It was a nice stay. We like the room with a beautiful view. The personnel was very hospitable and we felt very welcomed with a very nice breakfast in the morning
