19 Tile Ceramic Concept - by Unlock Hotels

What a great establishment! Dont hesitate and book this property. Decor is elegant yet quirky. Rooms are magnificent. And the staff is truly warm and friendly. Special mention to the nice lady attending the front desk. My family did not want to leave the A/C!!! Excellent place!

Lovely boutique hotel, and super staff. Room 3 is right next to entrance and lobby which can get noisy fyi. Great breakfast options. Be aware the parking is around the corner at a deck, or on street up by the market. Wonderful location, would definitely recommend this lovely spot!

We had a great stay and the breakfast was a nice added touch. The staff were all friendly and allowed us an early check in. We did have an incident at check-in where staff accidentally assigned us a room that was already booked. Later on, we had to repack our belongings and move after using the room for a little over an hour. It was inconvenient to move, but staff were sincerely apologetic. Overall, it was good value and we would recommended staying here! Thank you.

This hotel is the perfect example of why a small and personal boutique hotel is superior to large generic hotels. Absolutely amazing! We truly felt like home here and loved, loved, loved the design of our room! Small beautiful details wherever you look. And the staff, a delight! From the two ladies cooking the breakfast to the extraordinary evening staff. We will 100% return!!
