The Winchester Lodge

Close to Main Street yet still tucked away and peaceful.

Beautiful place to stay! The ladies on reception were incredibly friendly and kind—nothing was ever too much trouble. A real highlight was the picnic basket delivered to our room every morning, which was absolutely delicious. The pool area was stunning, with fresh towels provided daily, and there was a lovely open fire nearby where you could sit in the evening and truly relax. We also had a complimentary wood delivery to our room from the lodge, which was a lovely touch to ]use in the fireplace in the evenings. The room itself had everything you could need, spacious, spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, and well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a huge, luxurious shower. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning!

Great hotel and service!

My husband and I went to Fredericksburg for our 21st anniversary, we stayed here and it exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and the entire property was beautiful. After a walk in Main Street it was super nice to soak in the pool. This property is very close to Main Street you can walk to dinner and bars. Definitely need to come back.
