The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful historic bed-and-breakfast, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, peaceful, and welcoming. The charm of the history of the place, made it so special, but what really made our stay memorable was Mrs.Collen’s kindness, and hospitality. Every morning she prepared the most delicious homemade breakfast, and you could truly feel the love and care she puts into everything she does. She made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, lovely, and full of character – the perfect getaway for couples looking for something unique and cozy Thank you, Miss Colleen, for such a wonderful stay and for treating us with such genuine hospitality. We will definitely cherish the memories we made there and hope to return again someday. Highly recommend this beautiful bed-and-breakfast to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming experience! Colleen is the most gracious hostess, she met us at the door on arrival and gave us a tour of her beautiful home. She made us feel like we were family. Sunnyside is full of beautiful paintings and antiques. We were free to roam the house and enjoy the libraries and other rooms at our leisure. The beds were soooo comfortable!
