Agnus Unawatuna

I had an amazing one-night stay at Agnus Unawatuna in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The entire hotel was spotless and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and one of the best parts of the hotel was the stunning rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

Staff were so friendly rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and the food was exceptional. We had both dinner and breakfast.

It was a nice stay and the view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was great but the staff who served needs more training as they were rushing to serve us while we were having food.

The hotel is beautiful with amazing views and excellent staff. The hotel has a free shuttle service between 8.30 and 4.00 to Jungle Beach and the temple. It’s also just ten minutes by tuktuk to Galle which cost about £1.50 - £2.00. The pool is lovely and the roof top bar sells great cocktails. We ate dinner at the hotel which was delicious and reasonably priced. They were very accommodating of our dietary requirements (vegetarian and vegan.) We had the Sri Lanka breakfast - again prepared vege/vegan. But they also offer English and continental which looked delicious too. All of the plug sockets in the room were uk sockets and so the universal charger we had been travelling with wasn’t compatible. However the manager leant us his travel plug which was very helpful. This was my favourite hotel in Sri Lanka and I wish we’d stayed longer.
