This place was my first step in Philippines , not far from the Manila airport, room was clean and staff was lovely 😊

Good: The employees were nice and it's in a bar district so about 8 blocks from the mall. 7/11 next door was convenient. Hot water heater in shower was up in the nozzle & worked well.
Bad: the pictures showed the room as modern and clean. The actual rooms are extremely old. A/C in bad place and tv was smaller than a laptop and no elevator which wasn't terrible but got annoying at times. Value probably wasn't good, even at a cheaper price. Overall, it was acceptable, but we wouldn't stay again, had we known the real condition of the property.
