Pleasant and helpful staff and a relatively short walk into the city centre. Also a great Nefeli bakery very close by.

The hotel met expectations. It had wifi and air conditioning. The location was close to downtown, which worked well for walking the city. The staff were friendly. I'd stay there again. Only downside is no elevator.
