All the rooms are beautiful and spacious, as is the property of the main house. Breakfasts are made to order and the food is fantastic.

It was such a neat old house. Within walking distance of Broadway and the track. The breakfast was awesome. We will definitely be going back.

The Springwater B&B was a lovely place to experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and modern with great amenities, modern shower, a big closet, working gas fireplace and breakfast was delicious. The location was good, too. Highly recommend this beautiful B&B.
