Ac worked great just some cleanliness in the room - great location

The property was excellent! Great location. Great A/C. Clean room! Washer/dryer was a nice plus! Dryer did take a long time so start early!

Overall it was a good stay. Location was perfect only a few minutes walk away from the main attractions of Venice. Room was clean, well maintained and the view from the room of the canal was amazing. Only issue was the luggage storage area. Many travellers usually require storage for early/later flights. But they had only two big lockers for the whole hotel. Many other guests were having the same issues of no luggage storage. So keep this in mind if you arrive too early or leave on a later flight. They do have third party companies nearby but they are closed on weekend So overall a good experience. Slight negative about luggage and also wish there was more human interaction regarding the issue.

Very central location and easy check-in. The staff communicated via messages and WhatsApp and it was super smooth. Could get a bit noisy and people could see in if you didn't use the blinds. Esp in the morning there were more noise due to the canal running just by the room windows (deliveries, traffic in general) however unless you are extremely sensitive it wasnt any issue. Rooms were clean and the area was very easily accessible to the rest of Venice
