The rooms were spotless, and the hotel as a whole was exceptionally well maintained. We initially encountered an issue with the room description on Expedia, but the front office manager, Kareem Mohamed, resolved it promptly and ensured we were comfortable and satisfied. We truly appreciate him and his team for going above and beyond to enhance our stay.
The service was outstanding, and the staff consistently made an effort to ensure we had everything we needed. The beach and pool were fantastic, and the golf cart service made it easy and convenient to travel to the restaurants or back to our tower.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
