This is my second time staying at this hotel, and we love it. I go to Guanajuato every year and will stay the next year again at this hotel. The location is amazing it’s like in the center of Guanajuato Capital. The staff is always friendly and helpful to what every question or need that we encounter. Free breakfast, good deals on the tours, we always book them with the hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Great location. Clean rooms. But the noise from the club across the street was too much.

Breakfast was good

The breakfast was great. The only problem was that there was no signage where to check in. Just a locked door. We found out that you had to cross the street and down a ways to a different hotel to check in. Once we got our room it was great.
