Nice view of Oaxaca, very clean Hotel including rooms, staff were amazing.
Only downside if you order DiDi it will take more time than usual to arrive also ordering a Taxi was a challenge as the hotel is not located near Oaxaca main square.
Besides that the Hotel is beautiful I would recommend staying.

The staff works to accomodate your every need without hesitation. World class service and the restaurant has phenomenal options for food.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel has outstanding views to the city. The staff is wonderful in all aspects of hospitality! Only 2 draw backs - area around hotel underdeveloped and lots of barking dogs as this hotel sits in residential neighborhood. Steep hill to get to property kept one drivers car from being able to make it and had to take alternate path that added 10 mins.

This hotel is amazing ! Views are beautiful but it’s a long way from town and not walkable to anything. That said I would stay here again just for views ambiance - great rooms and food!
