Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok

The location was ideal, especially as it was close to the hospital we were visiting. There were also plenty of shops within walking distance, as well as Nana train station, which made getting around very convenient. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were excellent and very welcoming. The reception service was fine, although it was not quite at the same level as the rest of the staff. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would be happy to return.

There were a few things that did not quite meet my expectations: 1. The furniture and overall feel of the room seemed somewhat dated and could benefit from an update (especially the bathroom tubs) 2. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and inconsistent during our stay. 3. I had originally booked a room with twin beds and later asked if it was possible to change to a king-size bed. I was told the hotel was fully booked, although it appeared to be quite during our stay. A little more flexibility in this regard would have been appreciated. 4. Having all guests accommodated on the same floor may be convenient from an operational perspective, but spreading guests across different floors when possible might provide a quieter and more comfortable experience. Overall, these are relatively minor points, but addressing them would make the stay even more pleasant for guests.

The location was so good specially for who came for medical treatment

The breakfast was not served on proper level

Hotel location is great as well as the breakfast is good as halal food is available

We will appreciate if there is iron machine in the room as we travel with children and need to use many times

The location is excellent but the rooms are old and have cockroaches

Not fixable for late checkout and high changes for late checkout
