My experience at Dolder Grand was excellent, the staff and the food at the restaurant was 10/10. Am looking forward to to come back with my husband. The location is very nice, the ambience and our overall experience was excellent.

Concept
Too many flies and moskitos
The air condition was noisy that’s why I had to sleep with the door open and many insects enter my room
Also in the morning the waiters from the breakfast terrace under my room at 6:30 starts terrible noise with some metalic trolley .

Nice hotel and surroundings
Much too expensive for what it is. Children can’t use the pool, very little for kids to do. Kids room only really suitable for toddlers. Restaurant staff struggled with the basics like bringing a tea spoon with tea or milk with coffee
