The location and clean room

This small room was clean and with everything new and arranged in a very practical way. I slept very well until 8:00 am when the workers at the building in front started to work which for me was not important since I wanted to wake up around the time. It has a window to the street that looked to a building in construction but that I appreciated for the natural light.
Breakfast was correct but could be better.

Well located. The staff was nice for the most part. The rooms were kept clean.
The rooms are very small. You can hear neighbours in other rooms (if they locked the doors or used the elevator you would be woken up).
The breakfast was basic at best.

It was clean and location good with shops around and easy to walk to chanzlzee
Construction in front of the hotel from 7am to 7pm non stop noise which can’t sleep quite at all.
And when I complained the reception the director tell me that this is why the price is less because of the noise and that I have to read the reviews before I book the hotel to know about the noise and refused to change the room or even refund me my money to go to other hotel.
I don’t recommend to those who want to relax in their vacation
