Comfortable room and lovely atmosphere.

The staff was very helpful. We loved the breakfast and having dinner out on the patio as it was a little noisy inside. The air conditioning was a pleasant surprise.
We would have preferred to have had the room made up while we were out during the day rather than after we got back from our day out about 4:30 or 5:00

Nicely furnished and decorated; located close to city centre; obliging staff; parking available; outdoor dining area very pleasant
The carpet under the bed hadn’t been swept for some time

Location was excellent.
Staff weren't very helpful which caused confusion over additional charges for breakfast.
Also a gratuity was included on final bill which is unusual for a hotel. We did get it removed once we complained about service.
