The public bath and rooftop terrace is amazing. The staff were so friendly. They explained about the ryokan system and were so helpful.

The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely, great showers. The baths on the top floor are a treat.
The mattresses were a bit too firm for me but that’s just personal preference.

The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. We loved the welcome treats and the public bath. The location next to the temple was sooo cool and a nice view from our room. The staff was very helpful in forwarding out luggage to the airport which was extremely convenient.
Was a bit far from central tokyo but not to bad. We had a friend who lived in japan come visit us for the day and they were really strict with allowing her to come up to our room, which we found odd.
