From the balcony, I had a perfect view of the Jungfrau, so asking for anything else would be too much, Still, the hotel offered plenty of comfort and charm, especially in the lounge areas, which felt like the living rooms of a sophisticated family home. Good quality breakfast with homemade options. Friendly and helpful hostess. I would make this hotel my first choice for Wengen in the future.
Nothing. It's maybe a five minute walk slightly uphill from the station, which could be an issue for the elderly. But I actually preferred the location, as it felt more part of the mountains.

Receptionist was very friendly. Views were amazing. Breakfast was good. Room was basic but fine.
The restaurant wasn't open the evening I got there due to lack of a chef and no fridge to store food.

View from the property were amazing. cozy room. basic amenities.
Host was amazing and did help us where she could - sincere thanks for that.
Hotel is uphill, so call the hotel to pick you from the train station if you have luggage.
check-in was smooth.
Rooms were nice however bathroom was congested and barely any space. the shower head was not fixed and it was a struggle to take shower in the bathtub.
Bathroom lights were not enough, very dim.
There was no hot water kettle in room, there was 1 kettle given per floor which was kept out in common area.
