Reef Oasis Beach Aqua Park Resort

I loved everything about the property. The room was clean and comfortable, the resort itself was beautiful and the beach was amazing. The food was really good and there was a great variety. The staff were also so friendly, kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. Loved every minute of our stay. Would 100% stay here again!

The staff are wonderful, almost every single person was kind, motivated and helpful. The gardens are incredible, very well looked after and a stunning backdrop to the resort. Busy beach but worth it to access the amazing reef, we spent hours every day exploring the reef with a mask and snorkle - really impressive, no need to stump up more to scuba it (obviously there's also fabulous dive sites nearby too). Quite a varied international clientele but predominantly Italian. 10 mins walk to Café Farsha - well worth a visit, arrive at least an hour before sunset to get in before the light show starts. Food is varied and of good quality with an Italian focus. Lots of fruit and veg options plus a wide variety of cakes, gâteaux etc. Shout out to F&B manager Osama who does a great job of ensuring you're comfortable and that all is well. Drinks aren't bad, cocktails a little sweet, beer goes down easily. Wine available in restaurants plus the 1st floor English bar. Best barman is Malak, what a star, very attentive, friendly and kind, a brilliant representative of the Reef Oasis resort.

Our bedroom door lock failed twice requiring a call out to an engineer to override the system. Some of the other guests can be somewhat selfish in their comportement, as an older fellow I did take some small pleasure from berating them their inconsiderate behaviour...

Lovely hotel, lots of pool choices and a good range of facilities on offer. The food was good, but not all the bars offer wine in the evening. They prefer you to drink the spirits/cocktails. The room was lrg and had a very comfy bed.

Staff were hit and miss. Some great, some not. Not much communication on events/how when to find activities. I was travelling solo, and this seemed an issue, (but that's a cultural issue not the hotels fault.) The receptionist actually asked my why?! I also had a problem with the hotels taxi service, but was listened to and offered late check out as compensation...

Renovated rooms, nice varied restaurants, good bus service, beautiful gardens and overall very well maintained.

Water park was half closed but wasn't advertised. House reef is getting damaged due to massive diving and boats all day there, the bay had oil smell due to this. The jetty needs maintenance, too damaged and dangerous.
