The staff were incredibly kind during our stay. Very communicative and helpful. Valentina was amazing at answering our questions and giving us information about the area as well as recommendations for things to see/do plus the best ways of getting there. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. I loved the window shutters which gave us the option of blocking all the light out. The location is absolutely perfect, close to virtually everything we wanted to see as well as bus stops for when we wanted to venture further out. 10/10 I will stay here again next time I’m in Granada !

Receptionists were very friendly. Location was very good. Room was clean and cozy. An amazing welcome in the room with a message and towel origamies.

The elevator didnt reach our floor so we had to use the stairs.

The reception is open 8am to 10pm - outside of those hours, the lift does not work, and lift never goes to the 3rd floor. So coming/going outside of those hours means lugging your suitcase up/down a lot of stairs. Had issues with the shower and the lights. Left after one night.
