Fabulous location. Lovely property. Helpful and friendly host. Parking so close to the city centre was great. Nice touches like fresh milk on arrival.

lovely and spacious. very clean. there was the little things available that make all the difference. we were early arriving and contacted Kate who kindly let us park on the drive and contacted me to say the accommodation was ready early. We were at a conference at the BRI short ten minutes walk away. short walk or bus ride to Bristol attractions. Having never been to Bristol before everyone we spoke to was very pleasant
