I loved the property's location and how clean it was. I especially enjoyed being able to have dinner without leaving my room. The location was beautiful, right in front of the cathedral, where I could watch the fireworks show held on Saturday nights.

It was eloquent in its mix of old colonial design with modern touches. The staff howled were what puts it over the top. Excellent location, they really put the customer first. Gabriella at the front desk is superb in customer service. The restaurant is loud but fun and great food.
Nothing I’m going back on my way home from Valle de Bravo.
