Lovely place to stay and very welcoming people. The room was spacious, clean and cosy with own bathroom and toilet. We really appreciated the little extras in the room (tea, coffee, biscuit and kettle), it made our stay even more enjoyable. Shops, pubs were also very close to the accommodation. We would happily come back here again!

The location and staff were exceptional. Very welcoming and in a beautiful location - super easy to go and do anything. We even walked straight over the mountain from the house to edale for a pub dinner

It was fairly small which didn’t matter as we didn’t spend much time there but the only thing that would have made it better would have been a slightly bigger bed with a firmer mattress topper as it was quite a small springy bed.

Unexpected jacuzzi bath, much needed after long walk. The host went above and beyond in many aspects of our stay. Great character of a building, many scenic walks nearby, and the host was most knowledgeable. We will be back

Great location. Lots of walks start from outside. Friendly staff, very clean.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable as the mattress sagged in the middle, room wasn’t quite as described. Think they need to go through the description as it makes it sound like there is a dining area in the room but in fact it’s a couple of seats in a very small area outside. Bedroom was small as described but we had to keep ducking as the ceilings are so low so if you are tall it’s a challenge. Better rooms available at same or lower cost.
