Amazing breakfast and Rooms are clean. But the communication with Staff is bit rude

The location is good for me, near shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are very spacious and comfy. The staff is helpful and nice. Overall a wonderful experience.

There was a situation about my room needing 'room maintenance' and was asked to pack everything up ready to move for when I came back at the end of the day.I was staying 2 nights. It all eventually got sorted, with reception telling me I could stay in the room after all. Staff were nice but didn't think through the situation or handle it so well, in my opinion as it was all so very confusing, took quite a while to sort,and didn't make sense. I would happily stay again as it's a lovely hotel, just would ask for more clarity at reception if there were any issues.
