I can see why this place is so popular. Elegant, warm and friendly. Beautifully decorated rooms. Well appointed and comfortable bed. Lovely restaurant with exceptional food. I want to go back. Rose Ann was a stand out staff member. Happy , helpful and welcoming. Thanks for your care Rose Ann.

The location of the Hotel is excellent, close to town centre and all facilities, room was well presented with excellent views and the breakfast held a good selection with lovely food.
The room had an overwhelming drainage smell coming from the bathroom, sink and shower tray didnt drain proeprly and the temprature control in the shower didnt work making the shower too hot to stand under and wash. Not all light functions in the bedroom worked. The Hotel would have been nice in its day but very dated and requiring a full upgrade, the cost for 1 overnight for one person was excessive.
