Convenient location.

Pretty central to many tourist attractions. Quiet area. Walking distance to many sites.
A/C didn’t work great. Finding property was a little tricky, but once found the right building, it was easy.

The location is excellent being so close to Termini, as well as the Colosseum being walking distance.
Staff were very polite and kind. It was lovely to have a fridge with free drinks and coffee available.
The breakfast at the nearby cafe was also appreciated and having a chance to eat whilst people watching made a nice start to the day.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable, so we were happy. :)
It was a little older than I anticipated from the pics, but that's not a deal-breaker.

The property was conveniently located near termini station.
The toiletries in the room weren’t filled before our arrival, and I had to ask them to be refilled when we were out the next day. Our room was significantly smaller than we were expecting from the pictures, making it very difficult to move around the space. If you want to sit down in the room, the only place is on the bed. It also took a significantly long time for the hot water to get to the bathroom, and the bathroom itself was very hard to get around because of how small it was.
