Location was perfect. In the middle of everything, and lots of accessible cafes,restaurants and transport.
Had only a minor hiccup, in that our room only has paper cup, not proper ceramic cups. But as soon as we questioned this and requested China cups we were immediately given them .with a cheerful smile

The location - The hotel was close to the airport bus station. Having a restaurant on site was convenient.
Overall lighting was too dark. The interior colour was black, and the lighting was dimmed too much. Hard to see anything inside. The very front door was confusing to find the correct one. Perhaps some visible signage can assist.

Very normal breakfast. The staff will keep removing things / food well before the end time f 9:30 am!
Better service. Bathroom doesnt have a rack to place the soap and shampoo!
