Hello everyone, I travel a lot but this place is the best I’ve ever visited. Thank for the owner , Enza 🫂she met us , explained everything, helped all the time with my questions! The apartment was clean, the view was great and with a balcony, so if you want to drink some wine and relax 😎 you will be welcome. The place is close to the metro 🚇 and the bus station, you have close to the apartment place for a breakfast) I plan to come comeback and visit Rome again , definitely I will book again this apartment. Il fatto che la Sig.ra Enza era presente alla consegna delle chiavi, il fatto che era tutto molto pulito, tutto recentemente ristrutturato e con l'aggiunta di alcuni "accessori", che spesso non si trovano nemmeno in alberghi con prezzi molto superiori.

Enza è stata accogliente e disponibilissima. La camera comoda pulita e con tutti i confort. Zona tranquilla e collegata benissimo. Siamo stati bene, torneremo e la consigliamo

It is clear how much love and attention the property owner has put into her bed and breakfast - it is very nicely decorated and very comfortable and clean. She has paid attention to a lot of small details, like little slippers to be comforable in the room, the towels are wonderful and there was a lot of snacks. The locations is really fantastic, if you don't know Rome, this area is a very local residential area, but very lively - you can find children eating gelato after school, friends having apperativo and old men drinking coffee and reading the paper - but at the same time you have everything you need, restaurants, shops and the metro to get to the center very quickly.

Unfortunately the hotel is advertised as pet friendly - but I was met with an attitude and even told not to let my dog walk on the floor because it is parquet. I felt unwelcome from the moment I got there, yes I am a foreigner but my mother is Italian and I have lived here for some years so I am not just being sensitive or misunderstanding a cultural difference - this lady really gave me a hard time. I was moving houses and had some days in between so I was very tired with two bags, I had to work and was covered in sweat and just wanted to take a shower and start work but had to spend a lot of time convinving this lady my dog was ok while she gave me a lecture. The balcony is not really relaxing because they are on top of the highway (not the normal street - the highway), but its handy if you smoke - also my section of the balcony was not blocked from the adjoining room, so you cannot allow your dog to be free, because he will go into the other persons room. Also I appreciate the coffee in common area, but a coffee machine in the room to save going there in pyjamas or getting dressed first - would be more comfortable.
