The apartment is nice and clean, with a side view of the sea. An extremely large, L-shaped terrace doubles as a living room. There is a big refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Right diagonally across is a supermarket where you can also find fresh fruits and vegetables. Paralia Dionisou is a charming, quiet little town with uniform tract housing, located within walking distance of both Nea Flogita and Nea Moudania. Sunday liturgy is held at the local church.

There isn't any wardrobe space in the smaller room.
