beautiful view over the valley
Hard bed couch (on one site). We booked 4 bedlinen/towel sets for CHF 120 in total. We therefore thought we could use 4 pillowcases out of the cabinet. Two pillowcases per pillow is normal right? Specially in a hotel or appartment where the pillows aren’t ‘the newest’. We also took 1 towel (for the missing one in the kitchen). Without any notice the agency kept an additional CHF 25 from the creditcard deposit. It’s not the biggest amount but we think it’s not customer friendly.
