The location was great, really really close to the beautiful beach! Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionists, Paula and Alejandro, were always eager to help any guest with a smile. They definitely made the stay better :)

Some elements are a bit old but still functional.

The hotel is very centrally located, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping areas, and "The Strip". The location is perfect if you are looking for nightlife and entertainment, but it is less suitable if you are seeking peace, quiet, and restful nights. Because the area is popular with partygoers, there is often noise late into the night. There is noticeable traffic noise as well, and unfortunately the quiet hours are not always respected. Almost every night there was loud talking and noise from other guests within the hotel. The hotel would benefit from having staff actively enforce quiet hours, as this would make a significant difference for guests trying to sleep. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful. After I had spent a sleepless night due to noisy guests, they even offered me an extra room for one night so I could get some proper rest. Everyone is welcoming and always smiling, from the reception team and housekeeping staff to the lady who prepares breakfast and manages the pool bar. She also makes the best tuna salad! Breakfast is good and offers something for everyone. It is not particularly elaborate, but there is enough variety to satisfy most guests. If you are going on an excursion, the hotel will even prepare a breakfast pack for you, which is excellent service. One thing I really appreciated was that guests generally do not reserve sunbeds with towels, meaning there are usually enough available throughout the day. The pool, however, is very heavily chlorinated, to the point where it can make your eyes sting. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, with frequent dropouts during my stay. The hotel itself and the rooms are fairly standard and somewhat worn in places, but they are clean, tidy, and everything works as expected.
