The Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent.

It needed a real good clean of the furniture in the sitting room, the couch was very old, but it looked dirty too. Also there was a lovely roof top pool on Floor 5, the pool was lovely, but again it just needed to be updated, the wooden flooring in parts was broken. Also considering it was a 4 star hotel, there was just the choice of breakfast, no dinner. I felt that this would have been an asset to the hotel. Also there was no bar available at all, you would expect a 4*hotel to have that. We are talking about June 13th here, not the middle of winter. Also no glasses, plates, cutlery etc if you fancied a snack or at least a glass for a drink of water, we went out and bought some ourselves. In summary. It needs money injecting into renovations of the hotel, the outside and corridors look good and the breakfast room was good too, it’s the rooms that need renovating and bringing up to date and the Spa, which if done, would be a great asset to the hotel, and in the rooms New Sofa’s, new curtains, modernise and people will come and tell others, stay at this hotel. Despite all this the staff were so lovely at the hotel.
