Senior World Travelers based in Hawaii & Japan. Traveling with hotel stays about 100 nights per year. Petra Moon Luxury Hotel is in the top 2% of all hotel stays EVER for us. Great value. A stream of small benefits which you often have to pay for continued to present themselves during the entire stay. WOW! We also booked a night at their sister hotel/camp at Wadi Rum (filming location for Dune, Star Wars, Lawrence of Arabia etc.), called Mars Land (otherworldly environment), which was an incredible experience. The manager of the dome home camp is a cousin of the Petra Moon Luxury hotel owner and was responsible for helping manage its construction 5 years ago. Family owned feel but professional systems in place which for us is 1+1=3 experience. Recommend 2 nights in each location.

Amazing hotel! Right at the entrance to Petra. Roof top swimming pool which was invaluable after spending the day at Petra. Pool and hot tub were clean. The staff were amazing too! We spent 3 nights at Petra Moon. It was one of our best stays in Jordan. The man at the front desk directed us across the street to buy alcohol which we were welcome to drink at the hotel.
