We came for rehabilitation so location is perfect, bathroom was clean and there is a cute garden. Kitchen has fair amount of utensils, various pans and pots.

The dishwasher is not working for who knows how long and yet it is still listed in facilities. There is no place to dry the dishes. The furniture and appliances are old, the couch has a lot of stains, there are 3 chairs to the dining table and only one in the patio. TV is sort of smart but netflix is no longer supported, primes takes ages to load, there is no aerial, and TV is mounted on the wall so close that it is physically impossible to plug hdmi in. There were a lot of mosquitoes at the time and no bug nets on the windows or doors or ac, so we couldn't air the apartment without the risk of being bitten.
