This will definitely be my repeat booking when I am in London for work. Great location and decor

Great location, cozy and beautifully designed. Thoughtful room additions, tea and snacks. Vintage style radio alarm woke me up at the break of dawn from previous setting which wasn't ideal and maybe needs looking at. Breakfast was a little expensive for tiny portion - could do with a little added embelishment, fruit or something. Omelette was just that - a small omelette with a thin slice of toast and I had to request butter. I would stay again but not sure the breakfast is worth the price unless included in rate.

The welcome was wonderful, and the hotel is both luxurious and relaxing. A few teethings troubles (I was there in the first six weeks) - breakfast was delcious but took 30 minutes to come, and the room temperature control didn't work well.

The room was beautiful and well appointed and quite comfortable. The food was amazing and the staff was very hospitable.
