Crowne Plaza Liverpool - John Lennon Airport by IHG

Enjoyable

Helpful staff, big room, nice bed, nice shower, but no hotel air con on the warmest wknd of the year so far?! Killer!

Our stay at hotel was really good but there were some hiccups. The hotel is clean, spacious, has great amenities located nearby. Also there is ample parking. It's in a good location, not far from city centre, airport, football stadiums, etc. The staff were also helpful. The downside was aircon in our family room was not working, Also, hot water in our room ran out by afternoon, and knob on shower needed fixing as was worn out and kept coming lose when adjusting. For us, we didn't make too much of a fuss as we were only there a short time, but worth mentioning for anyone on an extended stay.

Amazing hotel! Had a brilliant time.
